We ship nationwide within the United States (including Alaska & Hawaii) and to select international destinations. All orders are processed and shipped from our store in Brentwood, TN
### 1. Processing Time
- Most orders placed before 12:00 pm central time Monday–Friday are processed and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 pm central time or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
- During peak seasons (November–December) please allow an extra 1–2 business days for processing.
### 2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (Domestic USA)

### 3. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. Territories
We happily ship to AK, HI, PR, Guam, and other U.S. territories. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on weight and service selected.
### 5. International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally. Please contact us if you have this need.
### 6. Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also view tracking information in your account under “Order History.”
### 7. Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for packages once they show as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office, then file a claim with the carrier.
If a package is lost in transit (never shows delivered), contact us within 14 days of the ship date and we will file a claim and reship or refund you.
### 8. Non-Shippable Items
Perishable items (certain fondants, chocolate, royal icing mixes, etc.) may have shipping restrictions during hot weather months (May–September). We may delay shipment or require upgraded express shipping with ice packs at an additional cost to protect your items.
### 9. Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipping fees will apply if a new label is required.

- Orders placed after 12:00 pm PT or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
- During peak seasons (November–December) please allow an extra 1–2 business days for processing.

### 3. Free Shipping
Orders over $89 (after discounts, before tax) qualify for FREE Standard Shipping within the contiguous 48 states.
Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, or international orders.
### 4. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. Territories

We currently ship to Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and most EU countries.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout (DHL Express or USPS International Priority).
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These are not included in the shipping cost and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
- Delivery times vary from 5–14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
