The Magic Line 14" Bottom Plate/Disc is made with durable commercial-quality, heavy duty 16 gauge aluminum construction allows for even baking. Used by Professionals and quality conscious home bakers. This Plate/Disc can be used by itself as a transfer plate/disc for cake tiers or used in the bottom of the removeable bottom cheesecake pans.
