The Straighter Grater is a simple tool designed to give cookies and baked goods clean, straight edges. It helps square off uneven sides, improve consistency, and create a more professional finished look without extra effort. No more trimming by hand or fixing crooked edges—just clean, consistent results right away.

Built with a stable 90° surface, it’s easy to use and repeat across batches, saving time and reducing frustration. Whether you're decorating at home or producing in volume, it delivers consistent results every time.

How to use:

• Remove black silicone end covers from the edges of the Cookie Countess grater tool.
• Insert grater into the track at the back of the base unit, sliding all the way in until fully seated.
• Lay cookie flat on the platform on the right side of the handle. Press cookie up against the grater edge and pull gently but firmly towards you. Be careful to use even pressure along the cookie edge to avoid over-shaping.
• For round cookies or shapes that don't have straight sides, twist the cookie as you pull it towards you to achieve the desired shape.
• Crumbs will fall automatically into the crumb tray on the left side of the handle. Empty as needed.
• To wash, disassemble grater from base and hand wash both pieces with warm, soapy water. Allow to dry before reassembling.
