An optional backlight illuminates the display in low-light situations, and a convenient weight indicator shows what remains of the Scale’s 5-lb capacity. The digital display easily pulls away from the base to prevent shadowing from large plates or bowls. Press the Zero button to offset the weight of a container or to reset the weight to zero before adding additional ingredients.
